Please find below the clients defect lists.
Master
1. Remove the water feature at Massage area at roof deck, the client wants to modify that area, to be done by Landscape
2. Wall lamp at shower area is wrong apec by SLA
6. Lights in wardrobe is out of service on RHS if we face the sea.
7. Master bathroom, scrachs on shower control, holes at tile nearby,
10.Install ceiling lamps (add'l) DMG to advise.
Living
2. Change the plugs to fit with the socket.
3. Pelmet at the RHS (add'l)
Landscape near Sala
1. The client wants two more lights to shine the trees (add'l) DMG to advise the locations
Wine area
1. Stop working(temporary) rope light behind the Stacked glass, it looks funny
2. Adjust the angle of downlights both sides to shine stacked glass (between wine room and powder room)
3. The client wants less-brightly fluorescent at the walkway,**to be discussed**
Powder room
1. The tap LHS is quite loose, need to be adjusted
Pool area
1. Client needs Manual for Fiberoptic, DMG to issue.
2. The outdoor shower, hot water is 10 minutes delay (maybe the water is heated after they finish showering)
Guest 1
2. The electric system need to be checked thoroughly. Some locations is out of service.
Guest 2
1. A light in wardrobe is not working, need to be fixed.
Guest 3
1. Hot water is 10 minutes delay (maybe the water is heated after they finish showering) same as pool area.

Walkway
1. There is some water in step lights at stairs, need to be checked
I do believe (still) that we can rectify all items together very soon. Please know that the client is very happy with you guys. J
